The natural crystals of bath salt, when dissolved in water, saturate the skin with valuable trace elements and minerals that keep the skin smooth and elastic. Bathing with sea salt improves skin condition and tone. Cold baths (up to 20°C) and cool baths (20-33°C) have a tonic effect on the body. Warm baths (37-39°C) and close to body temperature (34-36°C) prevent muscle tension, soothe, improve sleep. Hot baths (40-42°C) increase sweating, relax the body.
Usage:
dissolve 100g (4-5 tablespoons) of salt in warm water. To achieve a more expressive effect, add up to 250g of salt per bathing time. Bathe at a water temperature of 35-39°C for 10-20 minutes every day or every other day. 10-15 procedures are recommended.
