Usage:

squeeze a small amount of toothpaste the size of a pea on the toothbrush, brush the teeth for 2-3 minutes 2 times a day.

For children under six years of age: use a pea-sized amount of paste and brush under adult supervision to reduce the chance of swallowing. If you are using other fluoride products, consult your dentist or doctor. WARNING: Contains sodium monofluorophosphate. Fluoride mass fraction 0.03%.
